I tried Jupiter Gacha. My issue with it is that the low tier cards are basically super low volume and the values they place on them are not really valid. So you sort of have to take the 85% buyback. For One Piece graded cards doesn't really mean anything. They're all 9/10's.
Maybe for pokemon a 9/10 is meaningful. Not really for one piece. And who is getting a $30 card graded by PSA? You're basically in some incredibly small side pool with almost no volume and have to pretend the last sale price for an obscure PSA 9 is meaningful.
