It's great @MaajidNawaz is to get a show on @GBNEWS. Here on LBC he challenges a Muslim ☪️who wants Sharia Law.
"Do you aspire to a Sharia state that will criminalise & outlaw homosexuality & adultery?"
"Yes I do." For adultery stoning to death.
"You're worse than the BNP."

Because when trans became a thing the most violent and vile men all delighted in attacking women, and women’s spaces. They attacked rape shelters, anything woman only, and targeted any woman that dared to say no to them. Their behaviour was disgusting.

You claim you “just want to live your lives”, then spend all your time trying to force the rest of us to comply with your fantasy.
Of course we don’t wish you “death” but stay out of women’s spaces.

Obama now denies the carefully documented reality that Jews have maintained a presence in their homeland for thousands of years. Some of those pesky Jews stayed glued to their homeland persistently.
And the Jews who came back home from Europe PAID FOR THE LAND they purchased from the Ottomans, who were the landowners when the Jews moved back home. Check the land records. Facts matter.
The “Palestinians” are a loose group of various Arabs, many of whom are there because their grandparents migrated to the region for work. They were not Ottoman Turks and did not own the land on which Jews live today. The very few who did own land but abandoned it in favor of war against the Jewish state in 1948 relinquished their rights to the land with the WAR THEY WAGED. That’s the price of starting a war.
So no, Obama isn’t right that Arabs “just want their land back.” It’s not theirs by any stretch of the imagination. And while we’re at it, let’s discuss how Arabs came to the region in the first place. It’s that conquest and colonialism thing that Obama appears to frown on when white people do it. But I digress.

FACTS
Many supporting the false narrative that Jews / Zionists stole Palestinian land may wish to read The Land Question in Palestine by Kenneth W. Stein .
Through diligent and meticulously researching and identifying land transfer documentation from a number of historical legal , and thankfully still maintained sources , Arab , Jew , Palestinian , Zionist and British , Stein has listed numerous land sales from Arabs to Jews prior to the re-establishment of the State of Israel in 1948.
To a political researcher such as myself it is unsurprising how many Arabs yelled foul at the false narrative of a Zionist land grab whilst duplicitously selling at overinflated prices to those very same Zionists they were accusing of land theft .
Both Churchill in several speeches and the Arabs themselves in recorded testimony under oath to various commissions notably the Hope Simpson and Peel Commissions stated that no Arab Palestinian land had been stolen but all legally acquired.
As just one glaring example appendix 3 of the book which exposes numerous such legally documented land sales is as follows.
Name of seller - Abu Hantash Abd al - Latif Position / status / short biography - Village shaykh at Qaqun ; participated in attacks on Jews at the Hadera massacre in 1921 ; helped to organise the Farmers Party in 1924 and organised opposition to Jewish purchase of Wadi Qabbani in the 1930’s.
Land sales - sold 821 dunams at Qaqun in 1925 for £P 2,564 in the Tulkarm sub district .
( one dunam is 0.247 acres )
Name of seller - Basiso Khalil Yusuf
Position / status - Member of the Arab Executive, elected to 7th Gaza Congress Land sales - April 1942 sold 472 dunams to the Jewish National Fund in Gaza for £P 1200.00 ( ref ISA , box 3874/ file 7 Schedule for April 1942) Second update Listed at the end of the post , the lands sold by the Sarsouk family ( from Lebanon I believe) to Zionist organisations alluded to by the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem under oath to Sir Laurie Hammond during the 1937 Peel Commission enquiry.
Further evidence of Arab land legally acquired
Name of seller - Al Alami Musa
Position / status / short biography - Government advocate; private secretary to High Commissioner Wauchope ; member of the Arab Delegation to the London Conference of 1939 ; brother - in - law of Jamal al - Husayni; in 1946 was a member of the Arab Executive Committee

Name of seller - Asim Bey Al Said
Position / status - Mayor of Jaffa 1927 ; member of Arab National Defence Party

The 10-year-old son of Yahya Sinwar, the Hamas leader, wrote about killing Jewish people in letters to his father.
Ibrahim Sinwar drew pictures of tanks and rifles and wrote that he wanted to “pick up a Kalashnikov and shoot Jews”.

This explains the false claim about case bought by S. Africa. Joan Donoghue, Former President of the International Court of Justice clarifies that the court did NOT decide there was genocide, she says she’s pleased to correct misunderstanding about this.
UN panel cheated in order to accuse Israel of ‘genocide’
A member of the UN inquiry that accused Israel of genocide has reportedly admitted the bar it set for that verdict was “not a high standard” of proof from which to draw such conclusions.
Speaking at a debate with a US military law expert at a synagogue in Melbourne, Australia, jurist Chris Sidoti said that proving genocidal intent is “a very, very high test” – one “higher than the criminal standard of beyond reasonable doubt”. But the UN panel only used a standard of “reasonable grounds”, he explained. “We are not a court,” he emphasised in defence of the panel.
In other words, the panel levelled the gravest charge in international law against the Jewish state only because it applied a far lower standard of evidence than what was actually required.
In a word, the UN cheated.
He also reportedly conceded that the UN panel never independently verified its claims about civilian deaths in Gaza, because “we don’t have that information”.
His remarks appear to contradict claims by Nobel Peace Prize recipient Navi Pillay, the chair of the UN panel, who reportedly asserted that the panel “essentially worked like a court” and that “every fact was verified by us”. That now appears to be nonsense.
Branding the world’s only Jewish state as ‘genocidal’ on such flimsy grounds is more than a gross oversight. It has had – and continues to have – dangerous consequences for the safety of Jews across the world. Its motivation – well, that has always been clear enough.
The UN panel cheated in order to defame the Jewish state, and the Nobel Committee has rewarded them.
