Yes, the job thesis. When everyone had jobs at the start of crypto there was always money coming in. During bear markets those that quit went back to work, and suddenly they have money again to inject in the markets. This is why stocks go up long term.

Why can't we build a Crypto 100 index like the S&P 500 where every few month the 5 worst performers get dropped and the 5 best performers get added. You stake it and get paid out "dividends" for holding which are fees accumulated from buying.
