Temu turbo is back on the road.
Coolant had air bubble so bad I had steam hammer in the rad lol
Idle Air Control... I forgot to pipe it in. I blocked it off, and disabled PWM idle in the arduino ECU and then set fixed idle, like a lawnmower
Bean counters will ask for .xlsx.
Management will ask for .pptx.
Ignore both. Commit to nothing. Take no meetings.
Build a prototype.
With a prototype on hand, you now have more leverage than anyone at the table, and they're now rooting for you.
I've in the R&D game for 10 years.
Started off young and dumb and now I'm 10 years older.
R&D teams are best staffed with wishful thinkers. Anything less is destined for failure.
But its a double edge sword, the wishful thinkers are the over promisers. Even worse they tend to not know when to speak up and say no. After all its their job to get it done, how can you say no to an idea? Management will just find someone else to say yes.
The only way to control this is to forcefully jump straight to prototype.
Understandably not every dept is structured like mine...
My setup is all sunkworks. I don't like showing anyone what I'm working on, unless I'm ready to present it.

Whelp, seeing as our 3d website launch was a bit of a flop last week, I threw together a toggle for 2d/3d and designed the 2d version to maximize the conveyance of information with as little fluff as possible.
It will need iteration, but it is definitely more clear in it's representation of what we do.

How did they manage to achieve orbit without access to Mcmaster-Carr?
We made history. On just our second flight, we became the first commercial space company from Europe to deliver satellites into orbit. Mission 'Onward and Upward' successfully lifted off and deployed payloads into orbit. A new chapter for European spaceflight. More: isaraerospace.com/press/hist…
Apple is responsible for the general populations lack of understanding of "file systems".
I have hired engineers of all disciplines with otherwise excellent skills, but they literally don't understand how files in a computer work.
Special consideration to OneDrive for being an accomplice to it.
Apple is a very successful company because their philosophy is "no, the customer is not always right, in fact the customer is a drooling retard and the more things we take away from them that make their brain hurt, the happier they will be"
But then a generation of kids will be raised on products designed with this philosophy and graduate college not knowing how to find their own saved files
