@coach_rickyh sat down to share his thoughts on mental health and how he’s helping Claflin Softball prioritize it on and off the field.
Through awareness, honesty, and support, the Lady Panthers are proving that mental strength matters just as much as physical preparation

The fall semester has officially come to an end. The team ended with a 3.06 GPA along with two ladies finishing with a 4.0 GPA. We are proud of their hard work and will continue to get the job done in the classroom and on the field.

Christmas came a little early. Big thanks to @MSPtakeover for donating balls to our team. We can’t wait to use them this season. We appreciate you thinking of us and all that you do for players like us in the softball world.

2nd Annual End Of Year Party is officially in the books. This year we had a onesie/pajama theme and the team did not come to play. It’s always a good time when we are all together. Good food, fun games, and memories to last a lifetime. We pray everyone enjoys the holiday season.
