Takahashi is so good at composition. Just look at that. The Red Eyes' arms, tail and feet just perfectly surround Yugi's arms. The chains surround both super elegantly, there are no tangents, and the fact Jono is not totally centered to keep the Duel Disk visible. Masterpiece

This summary is partly inaccurate (there's a proper translation later in the thread). Some people seem to think the game was in the works for 1½ year, then one morning Uchikoshi said "and now I'll use AI", the publisher went "wtf no" and shut everything down. That's... not it.
