holy moly this $20k/month app has figured out how to repeatedly go viral with an ai creator melolingo is an app that allows you to learn spanish via music (cool idea!) they've done a few clever things with their ai creator: 1) as little elements in the video as possible, so it looks authentic 2) not sure how they did it but the voice is crazy good - so much so that they literally have women falling for the ai character's voice lmao 3) app name is plugged on the tshirt (good for aso and seo if people search) 4) they actually labeled him as ai generated, which actually makes it easier to go viral since tiktok doesn't assume you're doing something nefarious but sure, keep telling yourself that ai content doesn't convert

it's crazy the shelf life this format has had language learning apps are still going super viral with it main reason is probably that there are soooo many languages you can scale this across that it's hard to become stale

the curiosity gap is the psychological space between what a reader currently knows and what they want to know and it's the copywriting technique you want to perfect when it comes to tiktok slideshow hooks here are a few great examples

btw, this is a snapshot into how a well-oiled marketing operation looks like just this month alone, they already had multiple viral posts on tiktok
introducing ecogpt in the past 6 months we have: > planted 425k+ trees > grown to 5m+ users > delivered 5T+ tokens eco is free to use, powered by efficient open-source ai, and doesn't train foundation models on your chats we're growing 50%+ MoM and currently hiring :)

listicles are a great slideshow format my tip: place your product among well-known solutions this lends more credibility to it because it puts your product effectively on the same level as them secondly, never place first or last, too obvious finally, use other accounts for cross-commenting

this musician adopted a similar growth hack posts text overlay videos of him with a thought-provoking message then links to his spotify profile in the bio
this is one of the most creative yet laziest ways to promote an app that i've seen in a minute all this guy (i assume the founder) does is post a video of him eating an apple, overlayed with text and music some of the vids go absolutely nuts in terms of views & his account is at almost 100k followers the app is then solely promoted via a link in the bio (with a fun animation) he just launched the app a month ago, so hard to get solid numbers - but super fun to see people trying different marketing hacks
