.@tonysimons question: how do prevent your agents from committing the approval-gate theatre? Do you know what I mean?

.@Teknium I ran optimize-storage last night and now my fleet of 9 agents are unresponsive. I've restarted gateway twice. Halp! ## No reply: the turn was stopped because a live Hermes process held a retired state.db-wal generation after its pathname was deleted or replaced. Stop the gateway, dashboard, and cron writers; do not overwrite the current state.db or delete its sidecars. Check the logs for whether Hermes captured the retired generation, then read the adjacent state.db.retired-wal-/manifest.json. If manifest.main.mode is copied, inspect that artifact with hermes sessions recover --source --inspect-only before deciding whether its committed frames belong on the current database. A header_only artifact is forensic and does not contain a copied state.db to inspect. Unwritten messages were diverted to sessions/.jsonl and, on the gateway, pending_messages/pending-.json. This turn did not complete. Some actions may already have run; verify their effects before resending.

Hey @NousResearch @Teknium maybe it's a skill issue, but how do I make this full width?

Seriously, this entire process is so broken and ironic: I’m trying to join the Apple Developer Program, while Apple software itself sucks so badly.
Enrolling in the Apple Developer Network is probably the worst experience ever. Nothing works, payment system is broken, customer service isn’t helpful, the whole thing is broken.

You might think I’m weird but @NousResearch Hermes on @discord provides a better user experience than Hermes Desktop - at least right now. Long-term, I hope Hermes Desktop grows and gets better. Case in point: my Hermes agents on Discord didn’t need tool access or permission to unzip a file or use cli, but on Desktop I had to ask the same Hermes agent on Discord how to enable those permissions for the same Hermes agent on Desktop. It’s a small thing but I have 7 agents and I had to enable tool access for all of them. Anyway, I’m rooting for Desktop but right now it’s not quite there yet but I know it will. Oh, and mobile access is important - I find myself doing work on mobile via discord and that’s not available yet on Desktop.

Whenever there's a new @NousResearch Hermes update, restarting the gateway for all my agents kinda feels like Christmas morning. Can't wait to try out their new superpowers.

.@Dimillian I'm looking at using CODEX Monitor but before I do, I was curious if it is going to be folded into OpenAI and maybe I should just wait or nah? @mvanhorn was this the CODEX IDE you use? I think you mentioned one in a post once.

There’s one AI UGC engine I’d bet on for D2C right now: 5.2. I don’t post every win, but the track record is becoming hard to ignore. New result screenshots land in my DMs almost daily now. The best ones I’ll show inside the community 🏆 (coming soon)

wow, this is low key kinda crazy. I wonder what the specific national security concerns were.
The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees. The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance. Access to all other Claude models is not affected. We apologize for this disruption to our customers. We believe this is a misunderstanding and are working to restore access as soon as possible. Read our full statement: anthropic.com/news/fable-myt…

Migration complete @Teknium @NousResearch
.@Teknium @NousResearch FYI - I’m having my Hermes agent help me (very carefully) migrate my 3 OpenClaw agents to Hermes. Nothing but love for OpenClaw, but reliability in production is really important for me and my clients, and Hermes has just been so reliable. Wish me luck.

.@dotta I have @NousResearch Hermes and @openclaw agents; I’m looking for a kanban solution to manage them, native Hermes Kanban won’t work for my setup (that’s true, right @Teknium?) but does paperclip?

.@steijnpelle @fredericrenken embody the spirit of Gemba from the Toyota Production System - before they wrote a line of code, they worked alongside the eventual users of their software, so they could deeply understand the customer pain and workflow. I’m rooting for Lassie.
Today, we're introducing Lassie and $47M in funding led by a16z. We're building AI that runs small businesses, starting with doctors' offices. Lassie is already trusted by 700+ practices across the country, working autonomously to provide them with 30 hours of labor per month. To get here, we first had to leave Robinhood and Superhuman to work in offices ourselves. Here's how that went.

I had a fancy 7-layer memory system, but decided to really simplify did a do-over; a process of converge-diverge-etc. Now, we're just using Obsidian, but will be adding over time. The difference now is what i'll be adding will be very intentional vs before where I really didn't know what I needed.
TLDR; GBrain gives AI agents synthesis + gap analysis, a self-wiring typed knowledge graph, hybrid search, and a nightly dream cycle; all on top of your existing .md files. Obsidian is great for human eyes, GBrain is built for agents.

I have 2 @openclaw agents and 1 @NousResearch Hermes agent. We were going back and forth on memory, with me relaying messages, until I said: what if you just had a room to hash it out? Just overhauled my whole stack. @obsdmd is the canonical 2nd brain now. AGI is here guys.

.@kjplayslife just watch your video on @obsdmd - super good. Thank you. Question about Claudian: my working project files are outside of Obsidian, but inside Obsidian I have notes about the project - decisions, index of files, etc, with a symlink to the project files outside Obsidian. Thoughts on that approach vs having all project files inside obsidian?

.@internetvin: suppose I start a new project and so I mkdir so all files in that project has a home. The commands you run bring context from your @obsdmd vault into the project. But what do you do to get that project into your vault so the vault compounds? Am I making sense?

.@KSimback do you mind sharing what plugins, skills, memory stack, or other tooling your @NousResearch Hermes agents are using? Hermes Atlas is cool btw.

.@steipete filed this today. Weird stuff going on - since the update, context bloat with zero interaction. github.com/openclaw/openclaw…
