I don't want to run in this race to become most optimized dev. Man I continued it because it gave me dopamine spike like no other.
I am fortunate enough to have a business to handle. So, I will code in my free time and post some updates if I cared enough. Back to my fav Neovim.

Another great Friday session.
We explored CI/CD pipelines, DevOps fundamentals, Docker, GitHub Actions, and compared GitHub vs GitLab to understand real-world deployment workflows.
See you next week!

Of course, right when I’m finally ready to buy a MacBook, the prices have to hike up. My timing is flawless. I hate the world even more now.
Crazy minds here dawg. Discussions are wildin’ out in this block.
Friday Discussion about HydrationBoundary, TanStack Query, SSR/CSR, hydration mismatches, Suspense, React Server Components, "use client", prefetching, cache transfer, selective hydration, SSR pitfalls, and Next.js App Router.
thanks for joining us for few minutes @nirudhuuu

Got em. I poison my AGENTS.md (and other things like code comments) all over the place with prompt injections like this to find people who don't review their code and sling it off to another human. Catches folks all the time and then its an instant ban.
As I've said, I don't care if you don't review your own code. But if you're submitting code to an OSS project and crossing a human boundary, it is simple courtesy to do some human review.
Redis learning log for my github.com/zrotrasukha/jobma… project:
✓ Cache-aside pattern
✓ Cache stampede (thundering herd)
✓ Cache invalidation strategies
Next up: rate limiting and distributed locks.
What Redis concept gave you the biggest "aha" moment?
I was exploring micro-saas today and discovered Marc Lau eventually. To think, I really was invested, until a question hit my head like a spear. Is this really the holy grail of a dev's life or the matrix has decided to sell me yet another idea of a sea shell empire of my own.
Currently working on Jobman, which is a job application cli application based on golang. I wanted to explore concurrency patterns and more production grade stuff, I am loving it. You can check out the project here!

It was Feb 13 when I decided I want to learn golang so badly and disappeared. Unfortunately, I missed all my good opportunities to stay active on X and build in public. Though, I do not regret the time spent. Finished Let's go, LG further by @ajmedwards. Cool books by cool author
I’m tired of just watching tutorials. I never thought I’d get stuck in tutorial hell. From today, I will reinforce what I’ve learned and keep learning. I feel stupid for programming so long and still not having built solid end-to-end projects. I’m going to change that.
I met closures today.
Functions that:
– Keep state without globals
– Act like counters or trackers
– Never forget (unlike me with passwords) 🔑
Go’s adder() example sealed it. Closures = sneaky but brilliant.
Launched 10 goroutines in my chat API. Cancelling them was a nightmare until I passed context.Context down the stack. Tiny change, huge difference ⚡
How do you handle goroutine cancellations?
