Obvious violation of SOLID, incosistency (IEnumerable<T> vs List<T>), myopia ("GetByIdWithIncludes"). Also, I don't like some of the namings ("IOperations", "sender" as the object that is being added/updated, "Select" for filtering) but I get that this might be a personal choice.
