Just finished attending esports m4 summit event, man it's so refreshing to met lot of people that i know when i was working in esports industry.
My 2cents, if i need to choose only 1 between to be right or be kind. I will always choose to be right. Be kind can help to mend things for short term, but sometimes, it's bad for long term, but being right, u help to fix things for long run.
But obv it's case by case situation.
