@ATT please help. My phone trade in promised for a $350 credit suddenly rescinded when I mailed the phone away?! I’ve only been given a one-time $5 credit?! Please apply the $350 credit as promised by rep in store and on phone when arranging shipping.
I am so upset about being upsold and jerked around by @ATT when I try to upgrade my account. Holding us hostage in their store for two hours to wear us down and confuse us with all your bullcrap “promos”.
Got yelled at by a bunch of Beverly Hills High School students tonight for trying to end their party.
