Hi everyone, I am running the Limerick Half Marathon on 5th May in aid of Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) Ireland. The aim is raise funds and awareness for an organisation which continues to provide attentive care to Irish families who have been affected by cardiac episodes.

CRY Ireland provides free clinical assessment and management to all families of a young person who are living with a cardiac condition or have suffered, or are at risk of a sudden cardiac death. Any donations at all to this incredible organisation would be greatly appreciated.
