The games we've long wanted, which didn't exist because they'd cost several times more to make than they'd earn back, will soon become possible. As will the games developers wanted to build, but couldn't with the resources available. It'll be a new golden age of gaming.

Dang, claude code, the harness, is just so ridiculously ahead of all other harnesses. There's just no competition at all. I don't even think the other harness know what they are missing. It's all the tiny stuff.

I'm having too much fun and spending too much time on these. Lil-Parker has a story to tell.

Codex can't even open the html page it just created for me. It somehow even finds a way to crash chrome. Not sure how people claim this to be the elite harness. Just a single text based html page. I miss artifacts.

Every three months I get The Cold Brew That Ruins My Day (too strong) from a nearby coffee shop with very good breakfast sandwiches. While getting a sandwich, I think, “Today I’ll get the cold brew, and it won’t ruin my day.” But, of course, it’s The Cold Brew That Ruins My Day

The more I think about it, playing golf as as a single is an introvert's paradise: - Pick any tee time you want - Zero worry about your buddies running late - Not forced to talk to anyone - Choose to walk to avoid riding with someone in a cart Man, I've been missing out!

Claude Code just shipped mods... I made one that connects you to a multiplayer Doom server while Claude is busy. Every other player in the match is a person waiting for their Claude to finish.

The problem here is that it requires trusting Meta. That has not gone well for the past twenty years.
Meta plans to bring Private Processing to Ray-Ban Meta glasses, letting their AI assistant fulfill users' requests without Meta accessing their data (Wired) (Visit Techmeme dot com for the link and full context!)

my wife was showing me a funny tweet on her phone. I told her “oh I actually replied to this” but then I couldn’t find my reply. so I checked her settings and she had exactly one account muted and it was me

The reason we used to spend time designing software features before coding is because the cost of building the wrong implementation was tens of thousands of dollars. And pivoting code was often exhausting. But now, the code is cheap and it's easier to build first, test, rebuild.

I'm rebuilding famous skate scenes in three.js and it really is coming along. Codex built me a browser based asset viewer and selector so I can choose a specific object and comment what is right or wrong. No textures yet but this is looking decent.

Okay, this is genuinely impressive. I asked GPT-6 Astra to help me understand my own ankle pain. It gave me a full interactive 3D atlas — bones, ligaments, tendons, real motion axes, sliders for plantarflexion and inversion, and a live readout of what each ligament is doing. One session.

People are too lazy to cook for themselves, what are we even talking about with software
everybody’s going to build their own software just like everyone builds their own houses and cars
