People will always have something to say, whether you're doing too much, too little, or simply living life on your own terms. You could be the most genuine, kind-hearted person, and someone will still twist the narrative.
But here's the thing: what they say is a reflection of them, not you. So don't waste your energy trying to explain, defend, or prove yourself. Let them waste their time while you invest in your growth. Their words don't change your reality,
their opinions don't define your worth, and their approval was never a requirement for your success. You weren't meant to live a life on mute to keep others comfortable. Keep your focus where it matters, on your life, your goals, and your peace. #scanneroff
You have to stop being available to people who are unavailable. Stop giving so much of yourself to people who cannot even identify who they are. Don't give anything to anyone who can't reciprocate. If these people do not sacrifice for you, then they should gain nothing from you.
Things of value require sacrifice. If people are too hurt, too busy, or just too blind to see that you're the blessing they've been asking for, just fall back. Know your worth. #scanneroff
