I’m building two companies.
ideapeel.com → we design and build digital products, websites and software.
legalpeel.com → we help law firms build a stronger presence online.
I use this account to share the work behind both.
Design decisions.
Things we’re building.
What’s working.
What isn’t.
Sales, growth, clients, and the lessons that come with trying to build companies.
Some posts will be about product and design.
Some will be about law firms.
Some will just be things I’m learning as a founder.
If you’re building a company, a digital product, or growing a law firm, you’ll probably find something useful here.
building in public ↓
Finance websites usually play it too safe.
trustworthy doesn’t have to mean boring.
one of the directions we’ve been exploring at ideapeel ↓

What did I miss?
Hey @salesforce , it’s time for a much-needed redesign.
And honestly, it’s long overdue.
🔥🔥
Design websites that should be illegal to know:
UI Components → pro.alignui.com
Bento → bentogrids.com
Backgrounds → grainient.supply
Insipiration → mobbin.com
Product design inspiration → kargul.studio/swipe-file
This is 🔥
Designers can practice design.
Developers can practice coding.
But most freelancers practice sales on actual prospects.
That’s kind of wild when you think about it.
What part of sales do you struggle with most?
Prospecting, outreach, calls, objections, follow-up, negotiation?
I’m building something around this problem, so I’m especially curious.
Something I’ve learned designing for local service businesses:
You don’t need to reinvent the website.
People just need to understand what you do, trust you enough to take the next step, and know exactly where to go.
The design can be creative. The experience should stay simple.
Exploring that balance with this HVAC concept.
Been redesigning our own LegalPeel site between client work.
Wanted it to feel like legal without looking like every other legal website.
This is where the new direction is heading 👀
The Nexora identity didn’t start with the mark you saw.
It started with a lot of bad ideas 😅
We explored 20+ directions before getting anywhere close to the one we’re developing now.
And honestly, that’s usually the part of branding nobody sees.
Sketching.
Rejecting.
Simplifying.
Going back.
Trying again.
Especially with Nexora, we kept running into the same problem:
How do you make an AI + fintech brand feel futuristic without making it look like every other AI company?
Here’s a little behind the scenes of how we explored it ↓
Curious about other designers here:
Do you know when you’ve found “the one,” or do you keep exploring anyway?

How do you make an AI brand not look like an AI brand?
We’re exploring this direction for an AI + fintech company in Dubai.
No glowing brains. No AI sparkles. No overly futuristic sci-fi look.
Just geometry, light, and a much more restrained visual system.
Still early. Would you push it further?
We couldn't leave this one on Webflow only 👀
Xanix is coming to Framer.
We’ve been rebuilding it with more motion, sharper interactions, and a few details we couldn’t resist pushing further.
Not showing everything yet.
But here’s a little preview.
Full reveal soon.
Day 2 of sharing our design work until we get tired of it 😅
This one’s Orvixa. Had some fun with the type and colors here.
More tomorrow.
