11 months ago I was leaning heavily toward dropping my season tickets. Today I'm getting unreasonably excited about a noon kick game versus a non-P4 opponent that will be played in 90 degree weather.

How does one defend from a headhunting hit like this one? The ball carrier turns and puts his shoulder between himself and the tackler. The tackler leads with head and makes contact with the ball carriers head. Isn't this the exact scenario the rule is supposed to prevent?
