🇺🇸 3D-printed meat is now appearing on American grocery shelves, as engineered alternatives move from labs and restaurants into everyday retail.
Five companies have received approvals for cultivated animal products, including chicken, salmon and pork fat, though most remain limited to restaurants and small-scale launches for now.
Industry insiders say cultivated meat could become very common in supermarkets by the end of the decade.
If everything wasn’t fake enough already, now you can look forward to artificial steak joining the grocery list.

In the US, 3D-printed steaks and chicken breasts have gone on sale
Under the Perfecta brand, plant-based patties with the taste of salmon and white fish have also been released. 3D printing is used to imitate the fibers and “marbling” of real meat.
Sales have started in stores in the northeastern United States.

Sgt Price of the Mena, Arkansas police department knocks out a father who had his hands in the air in the "surrender position" and was in no way a threat to the officer nor was he committing any crime.
TO MAKE IT WORSE - the local prosecutor had this video evidence and still prosecuted Mr. Corristan (the father) in July and secured a CONVICTION on "interference with a law enforcement officer" charge..
So, the father in this video was convicted of a crime and the officer that commits felony assault against him STILL has not be charged with any crime and is still employed by the department.
Two days ago, the police chief put out a statement (end of the video) that is itself disturbing. Notably, there's no mention of any disciplinary action nor arrest of the violent felon with a badge seen assaulting Mr. Corristan on camera.
An important note - Mr. Corristan had filed several reports with this department related to his custody situation prior to this incident and the police department only has 13 officers so there's a *very high* chance the officer knew the issues Mr. Corristan was dealing with at the time he was politely speaking to the officer.

167,000 pounds of beef, pork, and goat meat went onto store shelves nationwide bearing a USDA inspection mark from a plant that was never federally inspected.
The number on the label is EST 1363. Star Meat Delivery of North Carolina never held a federal grant of inspection. The USDA rates it Class I, the agency's highest health risk warning.
That product moved through a Georgia distributor to stores and restaurants across the country. No illnesses reported yet. The recall landed September 22.
It is one entry on a much longer list this month.
