aku agak iri sm generasi yg lulus pas era startup lgi tumbuh pesat. byk perusahaan yg ekspansi dan loker ada banyak dimana-mana.
sementara kita skrg as gen Z yg sekolah/kuliahnya pas pandemi. abis itu, malah muncul AI, ditambah saingan makin ketat, layoff massal, dll.
jujur, bukan mau bilang generasi sebelumnya gak punya struggle. cuma kadang suka mikir, kenapa timing kita se-chaotic ini sih?๐ฅฒ
