We participated in a neurodiversity training session run by the fantastic @JanineBooth from @redinspectrum. As a team, we recognise that workplaces can be incredibly inaccessible for neurodivergent people, leading to burnout, stress, and illness.

From her wealth of lived knowledge & experience working with trade unions, Janine guided us through the following elements of creating a neuroinclusive workplace: minority neurotypes; the neurodiversity movement; the social model of disability; identifying & removing barriers.
We will now be working consistently to identify + remove barriers within our working practices to create an organisation that works for everybody.
We thoroughly recommend @redinspectrum as a neurodiversity trainer!
