Go vote for Hudson Williams! You can vote as many times as you'd like, as there’s no voting limit 👏

you guys do realise that you sound like creepy old men when you get upset that hudson and connor weren’t smiling enough in the video right? it’s important to me that you realise how bad you look when stupid things like that bother you
in my head, shane is stricter when the kids are younger and ilya is stricter when they're teenagers, but they're both loving and generous always. and they are a unit!! the kids cannot play them against each other (they have tried and failed many times)

the body double scenes were flawed and it’s not due to the editing team like they can’t clone him 😭 but i’ve seen hudson’s body in too many angles that the difference was too noticeable and that’s my fault LSMSMSMSNS

It’s funny how all of the women on the show have done nothing but praise Hudson for stepping back and letting them take the spotlight and using himself to amplify the message but people are still trying to shit on the show for using his star power to their benefit
this new trend of socmed aus where jj (and sometimes cliff??) are down bad for shane omg keep it coming 🤤
ykw? rare instance where (some of) the nasty comments had some reasonable basis haha the tweet was quite a knee jerk reaction but yeah fair enough absolutely true i could've just dldr. deleted!
if rose had figured out the strap-on thing ilya would've been in hell a lot longer tbh
"maybe i'm not gay... maybe i'm just a bottom" - shane hollander probably
it's very reasonable it would've taken them longer to come to the canon conclusion.
regarding the claim that this is "homophobic": comphet is when queer people feel like they have to fit into a heteronormative relationship, either because of internalised homophobia or external

there’s nothing wrong with enjoying off campus but you have to be extremely ignorant if you don’t see the double standards in how HR (a queer show) is talked about compared to OC (a straight show), especially when it comes to how the actual nhl has been reacting to them

Kat Sandler on working with Hudson Williams and his support for ‘YAGA’s’ women-driven story! (via @htTweets)
“‘He’s so good at redirecting the story back to women, back to the female-driven storyline, and back to the story.’ ‘It's been amazing to be part of the legend of Hudson Williams, but he's also part of our legend. He wouldn't have gotten to go to TIFF if we didn't get into TIFF. So, that's like a really beautiful symbiotic relationship.’
‘He's the sweetest, smartest guy. He's a great actor, and he showed up to work. He’s never been a diva even once, and he made the show sexier, bolder, and weirder. It's been a joy to work with him, and I'm so grateful that he brought so many eyes to a project that is about women and women's stuff.’”

So people took « Mr landlord »,which was a fucking joke from the show, and took it literally, but in their fanon minds Ilya, a white man who owns sports cars, designer clothes and a penthouse, has copies of « Das kapital » and « The second sex » just laying around his house

also, i really want to emphasise that there’s a stark difference between rr’s feminisation of shane through traits like “bitchiness” and hairlessness, and fans simply editing him in pink, dressing him in cute clothes, or portraying him as a bunny. the former ties his femininity to particular personality and physical traits, which is worth examining in the context of how asians are stereotyped and emasculated in media. the latter is largely aesthetic and affectionate. i think it’s important to distinguish between feminisation that reinforces stereotypes and feminisation that simply plays with gender expression. treating them as interchangeable only weakens an otherwise valid conversation.
