I don’t know if anyone has had any experience with neuro degenerative diseases but they can be devastating to patients and families
I treat patients with glioblastoma all the time. It is an unforgiving and heartbreaking disease. It’s currently incurable. You can have the best gross total resection and a patient can still end up with recurrence in a couple months.
I’ve had to tell 30-40 year olds, some of the nicest people, who just started, families that they/their loved ones will likely be dead in a year from this disease. There needs to be more efforts towards finding a cure.

Off topic but all of this talk about oracles and paper trade. If they can’t upgrade the oracle logic that’s a real issue..and if they deployed an oracle with admin keys or the ability to change what oracle the protocol is pointed at that’s also a real issue…watching this one….

I got super nerdy about oracles and designed one for a project. It got better and better….its all about mitigating risk, but risk is inherent even in the best designs.
Traditional Oracle Failures:
- MakerDAO: Dai depegged 2020 (single Chainlink feed + stale data)
- Curve: Algorithmic oracle manipulated, $600k loss
- AAVE: Chainlink glitch caused forced liquidations
My Hybrid Approach:
- No single point of failure—5 independent pools vote
- Manipulation costs 5× more (need to move 3 pools to affect the median)
- Confirmation gates prevent flash-loan attacks at the source
- Stale data = price freeze, not wrong price (safer)
- Liquidation price protection prevents unbounded exploitation

Everyone always wants to talk about retail, and the adoption of crypto, and bridging that gap between those who are entrenched in Defi and those who don’t even know what a seed phrase is
I’d say there are less than 0.05% of projects actually doing this in a genuine fashion
We need to put the spotlight on quality when we see it and those who are putting their best foot forward at making crypto a positive space and helping grow its usecase
@punchcard_club is one of those projects and anyone who’s watching it develop understands and I think a lot of people are missing some key information on how big this is
