‘REVENGE OF THE SITH’ (2005) is full of paintings. Anakin on Mustafar, stuck on the low ground and staring up at Obi-Wan, has the same look as Alexandre Cabanel’s The Fallen Angel - Lucifer right after he’s thrown out of heaven, crying and furious at the same time. The Plagueis scene at the opera is basically a Caravaggio: two faces lit out of the dark while Palpatine sells the dark side. (The blue-faced guy outside the box is George Lucas - his only Star Wars cameo.) And the lava isn’t all CGI. Mount Etna erupted in 2002 while the film was being made, so Lucas sent a crew to shoot it. That real eruption is in the background of the duel.

“Our duty is to hold on to the lost position, without hope, without rescue, like that Roman soldier whose bones were found in front of a door in Pompeii, who, during the eruption of Vesuvius, died at his post because they forgot to relieve him. That is greatness.”

They’re not rioters. They’re communists. And they seek to destroy western civilization and kill you. Don’t say I haven’t warned you.

In 1926 a Danish explorer six feet seven inches tall was buried alive in an Arctic blizzard, chiselled his way out with a tool made from his own frozen excrement, crawled three hours home over the ice, and took his gangrenous toes off with a pair of pliers. He had lived for fifteen years on seal, walrus and bear, and he went on to be the villain in an Oscar-winning film and win a television quiz show. Peter Freuchen went to Greenland at twenty, built a trading post on a bay at the top of the world and called it Thule, after the medieval name for the edge of the map. The Inuit called him Big Peter. He married a girl from the settlement called Navarana, dressed in bearskin trousers, drove dogs, hunted walrus from a skin boat, and ate what everyone around him ate: meat and blubber, raw and frozen as often as cooked, and nothing green for years at a time. He wrote that the Inuit were the happiest people on earth and that he had never been fitter. Then the storm. Alone with a sled, he dug into the snow to wait it out, and the snow set to ice around him. Thirty hours. His beard froze to the wall and he tore it free. Nothing to dig with. So he made something, waited for it to harden, and cut his way to the sky. The toes went that night. The leg went later, and he walked on a peg for the rest of his life, which was a long one: he wrote thirty books, fought the Nazis in Denmark and escaped a death sentence, consulted for a President, starred in Hollywood, and in 1956 took the top prize on The $64,000 Question in front of the whole of America. The man who did all of that was built on the diet every nutrition leaflet calls a death sentence. He was cremated and his ashes scattered on a hill above Thule, where the walrus still haul out and nobody has ever grown a vegetable.

Yesterday I was talking to the general contractor when his wig blew off. He didn’t even bother chasing it. He just reached into his pocket and pulled out another one. Different haircut/color too.

Things population genetics have proven in recent years: - Out of Africa theory was wrong - "West Eurasians" (White people) were selected for intelligence (Akbari et al., 2026) - Sub-Saharan Africans have a signficiant percentage of "ghost DNA" belonging to a now extinct hominid species (Durvasula & Sankararaman, 2020) - The ancestors of modern Northern Europeans invaded India and established Vedic civilization (Narasimhan et al., 2019) The supposedly debunked "race science" of the early 20th C. was far more correct than post-war anthropology. Normie discourse is decades behind.
Dr. Eleanor Scerri of Max Planck Institute says the idea that humans originated in Southern Africa based on the fact that the oldest haplogroups are located there is unlikely. gea.mpg.de/person/52339/2944

wife: what are you looking at on your phone at dinner me: just some shit wife: what kind of shit me: well we got that rolling tv so i wanted to see if those rolling nurse workstations are purchasable, which they are and also most hospital equipment like vitals monitors so then i was curious like if you set up a home medical wing, what’s the top 10 substances given to patients, but not by volume but like by occurence, and then its injectable saline by like a large margin, and im like can you buy that and it turns out you can’t, totally prescription but not for like great reasons other than people might fuck themselves up administering it, but like how is it made and who makes it and it turns out one company has like 60% market share (of like 3 domestically) and 20% global market share and that’s crazy their proprietary processes and ip are like national security, fabric of society and civilization type shit how crazy is that?

I’m almost 70, and people believe it all too easily. Here are my secrets for ageing like a used tea bag: 1. Skin: find a good pub and visit regularly. Sun, wind, cigar smoke, the occasional fist, whatever it takes. Just give them your credit card. 2. Body: eat more, work out never, get fat. Even with that, use PEDs: port, eggs and digestives. 3. Hair: let it go wherever it likes. Off the top, into the ears, out of the nose. 4. Stress: seek it out, especially financial stress. And - of course - never ever brush your teeth.
i’m almost 40, but people don’t seem to believe me. besides my asian genes, here are my secrets to stay looking young: 1. skin: find a good dermatologist and visit regularly. thermage, ultherapy, lasers, whatever it takes. just give them your credit card. 2. body: eat less, work out more, don’t get fat. even with that, use PEDs. ozempic exists for a reason. 3. hair: keep it thick and full. PRP if your hair starts thinning, and take turkish hairline if it’s too late. balding is optional. 4. stress: avoid it, especially financial stress. so make more money. btw, money is also the key ingredient for item 1, 2 and 3. hope this helps. 😉
