While I am not active over here anymore, I want to appreciate that Square-Enix, for the very first time (!) publicly acknowledged the anniversary of Enix best Action-RPG ever released. It’s my favorite game of all time.
Happy 30th anniversary Terranigma! #天地創造30th

I wonder if Nintendo will revive the Mario Artist idea from the #64DD on Switch 2. The new mouse feature of the Joy Con would align with that perfectly.

On an original hardware setup for BS Fire Emblem, L+R+START+SELECT would return the player to the beginning of the most recent player phase. This effectively works as an early iteration of rewind features in many modern FE games. You could do this to save a unit from dying or to retry when you get rotten luck and need that critical hit.
However, on ROMs modified to work outside the Satellaview environment, this would instead operate like a hard reset, sending you to the very beginning of the episode.
This has likely influenced perception of BSFE's difficulty for years. These are generally seen as hard maps - and if you insist on not using this feature, they indeed are very much so.
It's unfortunate and ironic that it was seemingly unintentionally removed as a consequence of attempts to make BSFE more accessible.

Decline's Drops: A hand-drawn melancholic platformer packed with action!

Man, I hate when that happens.
If this #Satellaview 8M Memory Pack had some broadcast data, it was overwritten with a RPG Tsukuru 2 save file.
#サテラビュー
Note: Not all broadcast data gets detected by the BS-X bios town, only the ones that are meant to be playable. Soundlink games and files with used-up startups get hidden.
Please don’t use 8M Packs for the Tsukuru games before you‘ve dumped what might be hidden inside them.

I’m sorry, I can’t share the dump. This was a student project that got discontinued for various reasons. My teacher gave me the ROM to support my job search, but it only contains the first stage. It’s not playable. I managed to boot the ROM and shared it to reminisce with friends
A prototype of an unreleased SNES/SFC game created during the Human Creative School program - Dual Force, which appears to be a multiplayer STG.
Games created in this program were all considered for release by Human, “The Firemen” and “Septentrion” apparently originate from it.
SNES Central just published a more detailed article about it, have a look: snescentral.com/article.php?…
If you wonder what this developer went on to make, he did graphics for The Firemen for Human, then programmed at Square (Trials of Mana, Final Fantasy VII, etc.) and then joined and still seems to be a part of Grezzo, programming games for Nintendo today. mobygames.com/person/33359/s…
