Am I the only one noticing how parts of Kwale County appear to have been left behind in terms of infrastructure and development? My goodness, look at the state of the roads as the Linda Mwananchi team makes its way to the final rally. Is this what we call a main road, jameni? Who have been the governors of Kwale County, and what have they done to improve the lives of the people they were elected to serve? I thought devolution was meant to bridge these development gaps and ensure equitable distribution of resources across the country.
