Some of my learnings from a year of "wartime":
1. Go actively towards pain: find and fix problems
2. Your psychology becomes the psychology of your team: believing leads to curiosity and curiosity opens the door to creative solutions.
3. Narrowing focus increases the velocity
For @SlushHQ it has really been a year of ”wartime leadership” (a reference to the classic @a16z blog). @MiikaHuttunen and the team have experiences to share.
