2 days, 12 engineers at the first Staff Engineer Bootcamp in Valencia.
Different companies, different stacks, same three problems: influence, communication, alignment. None of them purely technical.
Every session was grounded in real challenges that participants brought from their own teams, making the discussions and exercises practical, honest and, at times, surprisingly challenging.
