JUST IN: US GDP soared to a blockbuster 4.9% in Q3. That’s the highest since the end of 2021 and a big uptick from 2.1% in Q2.
Strong consumer spending and gov’t spending drove the growth.
Bottom line: No recession in sight.
Tech hubs and Bidenomics > trickle down – at Washington, DC
Over the course of several decades, trickle-down economics hollowed out the middle class along with communities across the country. @POTUS Biden's designation of tech hubs is one of (many) ways Bidenomics is reversing that.

I just got out of a meeting with President Biden. He invited a dozen Israelis who had been impacted by the war in the most personal way, to see him. I will write more tonight, but for now what I can say is: President Biden loves Israel, loves the Israeli people, and has our back.

Biden hugs Rachel Edri, an Israeli woman who was held hostage at gunpoint in her home for 20 hours and used food and conversation to keep her capturers calm until she could be rescued.
"Biden is acting as a strong leader intent on shaping events in the region and not just reacting to them. All this comes in striking contrast to the behavior of the populist wing of the GOP."

The Biden administration is moving ahead with a plan to ban junk fees, which are hidden charges on everything from hotel reservations to concert tickets. @tomcostellonbc reports on the details.
