Just when Rascal thought he had made it back from the jungle he gets assigned this raid. I suppose they call it the "concrete jungle" in D.C. but this bungalow was way too on theme. Between the "brotherly love" and the bananas and rice the poor animal is fed up with this crime scene.

God has entrusted my body to me and I have not held up my end of the bargain.
Long story short, I've struggled to get back on a keto/carnivore diet which has always been the most successful plan of action for me. Age and injury have taken its toll.
I've realised this is no longer something I can do alone. So, I made the decision to start taking retatrutide.
Today marks my fourth injection. I'm on a low dose compared to the official trials, but I've already seen a huge difference in how I feel. No more cravings. I don't have a bottomless appetite. I still feel like I have energy, like I did on carnivore but without feeling sick of eating just meat. I'm down 20lbs already.
I look forward to putting muscle back on at the gym and dropping my weight again. It is my duty to protect my wife and kids from the demons that plague our world and I'm going to make sure my body is ready.
