Why isn't anyone talking about how Blitz is a rapist? He saw Stolas was drunk and somehow thought fucking him was OK that night just to steal that book

if you think about it, sebskully is double sided yearning, because for Skully, he only has the memory of Sebek to hold onto, but Sebek only has this lingering aching feeling of a person he can't remember (Skully)

Didn't Datu's VA said somewhere that Datu is a recurring character? Or did I hallucinate that

i completely get the whole deal of jae needing conflict and needing to let go of his attachments and change his mind and open his eyes and can still acknowledge how poorly said conflict and datu’s character was handled in that regard

That last scene with him was what made me think the writers just didn’t care. Because why would he say “run you dolts!” Like what the hell, that’s not in his character to do, even in fear. I hate that we may not see him again.

⭐️flower grrrl 💫@Witch_YurikoOct 30

Yeah were not seeing him ever again guys like, im not even gonna try and be optimistic, he wasn't even in the little montage of the city recuperating at the end of the episode, even if we get like 10 books, they are not bringing his ass back, i am entirely convinced... #datu #a7h

Replying to @yapperatdawn

Someone who was paying attention to the show and has a basic understanding of writing tropes. I like Datu, but I can also see he wasn't that important to the narrative. His role was to represent Ellora's fear and further Jae's arc.

Like people really be saying "Datu's always been this way" FUCKING WHERE. The fact he's not afraid to break uniform or be open with his relationship in front of his colleagues who hated the brigade or willing to stand up against the Faceless and fight benders to protect his home
