I'm shutting down the Avatar Uploader on third3d dot com
The other week I've had a meeting with members of the VRChat team. In there they've requested me to shutdown the avatar uploader, as it's in conflict with the VRChat's Creator Economy. VRChat is a closed platform with complete control on how their service can be used, I will have to oblige to their request.
It's unfortunate that a service, that tries to makes things easier for the community, is being requested to be shutdown and I am sorry that I cannot fulfill this service anymore.
Although I have to end the project that I've worked on for more than half a year, I'm thankful that members of the VRChat team reached out to me directly and I was able to ask questions and for clarifications.
This experience didn't stop my motivation to create more avatar creation tools and I'm excited to announce my new project soon.

Why did I make it? After building Robust Weight Transfer, I was looking for the next problem to solve, with the goal of simplifying avatar creation. Third is the next step towards that goal.
Third has been over half a year in the making and has been in use by a handful of creators and their customers during that time. Today, I'm excited to release Third to everyone, free to use.
