Will LayerZero, zkSync, or Starknet require a Gitcoin passport to receive their airdrops? I've been asked this question by many airdrop farmers, and my typical response is: "No, but it's still worth having one, just in case." Consider this: What will be the main goal of these project teams when distributing the airdrop? Will they aim to give it to as many active users as possible, creating excitement within the community? Or will they distribute it only to the top 1% of users, resulting in significant FUD from the remaining 99% of the community? I'm sure you already know the answer. Furthermore, who would be interested in obtaining a Gitcoin passport with a high score, aside from Sybils? I don't know any non-Sybil users who have completed all the useless tasks required by Gitcoin to achieve the highest score. However, I believe it is still worthwhile to start minting Gitcoin passports on your wallets and completing tasks there. This is because, at some point, as the number of airdrop farmers in the space increases, projects may begin to offer higher airdrops exclusively to Gitcoin passport owners (but, in my opinion, it won't happen in less than a year). Note: As mentioned earlier, it's worth considering minting Gitcoin passports. However, in my opinion, it would be best to do so only after completing all other tasks on your wallets, such as bridging, swapping on DEXs, adding liquidity, utilizing lending protocols, and others. That's all for now. Wishing you all happy Airdrop Farming! 🧑‍🌾 If you don't want to miss any Airdrop Alpha, join my Telegram channel now: t.me/rektfencer_threads
