A personalized mRNA cancer vaccine passed Phase 3, genuinely great news for melanoma patients!
What happens here? They sequence your tumor, find up to 34 mutations unique to it, and build a custom vaccine that trains your immune system to hunt those exact cells.
In a phase 2 trial earlier this year the vaccine with immunotherapy has shown ~49% lower risk of recurrence or death vs immunotherapy alone, which is the current standard of care. We are waiting now for the details of the phase 3.
After that that concept is now expanding to lung, kidney, bladder cancer and hopefully to many more to come.

Starlink V3 satellites have >10X bandwidth of V2 and there’ll be >10X launched, which means >100X more bandwidth.
Also, altitude will be 350km vs 550km, so min latency can be cut in half.
Light travels 300km/ms in space, so physics round trip min latency drops to <5ms.

BBC Confirms the massacre of #Druze doctors, nurses, and patients in the #Syria National Hospital of #Suwayda by government forces.
Dr Wissam Massoud, a neurosurgeon at the hospital, told the BBC: "It was a massacre… The soldiers came here saying they wanted to bring peace, but they killed scores of patients, from the very young to the very old."

So many commentators insisted that this was fake news, when I originally posted. See comments below on original post. I took down my first post about this because so many comments insisted it was a massacre carried out by the Druze, that it was faked, etc. Then I redid it because it was so clearly carried out by gov troops. The commentator in the second video kept congratulating the soldiers for killing so many.
