Su ruiqi Sell Vote

[⚠️] OFFICIAL STATEMENT - UPDATE AND RESOLUTION REGARDING VOTE-SELLING SCAMMER @Lyiesvoting (@Lilitickets) Teuha TEUMEs, This is a follow-up statement from @TreasureUp_VN x @freakyharuto_vn to provide a transparent update on the investigation, financial recovery, and formal legal measures taken regarding the recent fraudulent vote-seller. 1. SUMMARY OF THE CONFRONTATION WITH THE INDIVIDUAL • Our team successfully identified the full legal name and identification of the owner of the receiving bank account in Vietnam. Upon securing this information, we initiated direct contact to address the matter. Complete documentation (in Vietnamese) of this correspondence has been included in the Google Drive for public transparency. • After said individual acknowledged the severity of the situation, as since 2022, they have specifically only targeted international fanbases and oversea fans, exploiting geographic and legal barriers to operate without accountability for an extended period of time. However, faced with full identity exposure within Vietnam and the imminent prospect of criminal liability, the individual finally became frightened. • Initially, the individual denied the accusations from our team. However, when met with conclusive evidence, they conceded to their fraudulent behaviour. • During negotiations regarding refunding of the scammed amount, the individual repeatedly requested us to remove our previous public announcement as a condition for the refund. Our position remains firm: financial safety for the community comes first, and we will not negotiate any terms that compromise this principle. 2. FINANCIAL RECOVERY As a result of direct legal pressure, the individual was compelled to issue a complete (100%) refund of all misappropriated funds: • $188: Restored in full to the V-Teume voting fund. • $25: Restored in full to Freaky Haruto for KGMA voting. • Other amounts of which were not transferred via their bank account were unable to be recovered, as they did not use their legal name in international money transferring accounts. 3. FORMAL LEGAL ACTION & WARNING Since they have been repeatedly engaged in fraudulent activities dating back to 2022 using large-scale social media accounts, our team has formally submitted a criminal report through the national Vietnamese government system for official review, investigation, and prosecution under applicable state laws. Please be advised that the individual has reactivated the X account @Lyiesvoting to resume operations. We urge all everyone DO NOT engage with this account in anyway, shape or form in order to avoid being scammed. 📁 Evidence files (in Vietnamese): drive.google.com/drive/folde… We express our sincere gratitude to everyone for your continued trust and support. With all resources fully secured, we remain dedicated to our primary objectives in support of TREASURE and HARUTO. Sincerely, @TreasureUp_VN x @freakyharuto_vn #TREASURE #KPOP
