Rolled out a bug fix related to PVC deletes to @sectionio's Kubernetes abstraction (we abstract many K8 clusters to one).
As all good things in programming turned out to be lots of grokking and adding a single word. It's been a fun day!

A quick weekend hack, SectionGPT: crimson-glade-1527.section.a….
Built on @sectionio docs and deployed on console.section.io. Sometimes it hallucinates but really impressed with a few hours of work. Going to do a second pass soon as we are in midst of overhauling our docs. Quick UI prototyped using Gradio.

If you are comfortable with containers I recommend @sectionio! Very easy to get started, no vendor lock-in and if you want to do advanced stuff then you can drive the platform using open source tooling! Happy to help if needed 🙂

That's exactly what we are trying to do @sectionio!! Have a low enough bar that you get to use K8s without knowing about it! Have a high enough ceiling that you can wield its power and control multiple clusters around the world using standard K8s tooling!

At @sectionio we deal with multiple clusters running different versions of Kubernetes for different parts of the our system.
We do our best to keep things up to date but when dealing with a codebase as big as ours there are bound to be multiple versions of the same tool.

If you are running K8's and thinking about global deployments, check out @sectionio. They make this trivial and cost effective with dynamically optimizing compute.

When I started this year, I wanted to improve my technical writing skills. Which I did 🤗and also got to write for @sectionio's EngEd Program and @hackmamba
Looking forward to doing more next year 😊

We use the same @sectionio in a number of backend services to take away the complexities of running one or more Kubernetes clusters and let you run a #container in a multi-location, multi-cloud network distributed worldwide!

I recently ran a Mock Incident Drill at @sectionio involving a failure in our Anycast network.
Mock incident drills are common in a bunch of disciplines and are a great way to keep the skills of your team sharp for when the inevitable incident happens.

Hot off the press! Private image registry support is now live on @sectionio .
You have been able to do this using kubectl, but now we take the hassle of creating YAMLs away!

And just like that my app is deployed in US, Hong Kong, Brisbane. Since it is a static website it benefits from being closer to the user. @sectionio takes away the complexity of distributing your containers. Doesn't matter if you want it in one location or 20!

Get started with any #container, public or private in less than a minute. I am running my latest side project (taptab.manibatra.xyz) on Section. All hooked up to a #github action. All my containers running in different corners of the world are seamlessly updated in seconds!
