i dont say this to hate on Big Pop but getting into the UK indiepop scene has been the most rewarding music experience of my life especially now all the bands from the 80s/90s are doing stuff again in ways 14 year old me could only dream of
tell i lie i realised i do know where it was because its the one i spent 8 hours drawing 2 years ago for a stupid bit. thanks tesco

i cant remember where it was that let me do this but i once got an egg cress sandwich, scotch egg and a capri sun and nothing else has compared since
ive been thinking when i get to peglar screencaps i might re-cast him as 1. a fun bit and 2. so people can enjoy looking at his character without the weird feelings. might change up who i draw him as might get a bit silly with it. its all possible...
i appreciate my oc art getting love a lot because i always assume oc stuff will flop for some reason. so youll probably be seeing more of my two guys & etc from my novel now...
i once told a mutual of several years from outside the fandom that it felt nice to be recognised for my art at terror meetups and they came back a few weeks later with a huge message insulting me calling me insufferable telling me i have to leave their discord and cut contact
coming up w/ a name for a novel is a humiliation ritual because youll think of something that sounds cool in your head then you type it out and its like yeah im calling my book the poo of the pee

this may have been brought up before but friend @seastatezero who saw nirvanna with me noticed from this blurry shot that in the rv matt falls on a copy of the talented mr ripley. with the price tag still on 😭
writing a novel leads you to strange places (emailing the owner of a blog about bricks with a lot of questions about bricks)
took a steam train (flying scotsman) to see an old boat (ss great britain) and happened upon a bit of a cool old plane (concorde) and a classic bus and truck (+ awesome old cranes)... transport? im familiar...
