It was great to speak with ITV yesterday about the importance of the CPS VRR pilot - especially at a moment when things genuinely seem to be moving in the right direction.
The Solicitor General has now confirmed that the CPS Victims’ Right to Review pilot will continue to run while its impact is fully evaluated, with survivors directly involved in shaping what comes next. Being invited to support that evaluation process is a positive step toward ensuring the scheme delivers what victims actually need.
Thank you to every survivor, advocate, and ally who is keeping the pressure on. When survivors are part of the solution, justice becomes something we can believe in again.
