I thought it was Scotty from Star Trek.

🎬 WHAT AN AMAZING NIGHT! 🎬
Incredible evening celebrating the World Festival Premiere of BODY MAN at the Tarzana International Film Festival!
There’s nothing quite like seeing a film come to life on the big screen and reuniting with my incredible fellow cast members, producers, filmmakers, and friends who helped make it happen.
So proud to be part of this action-packed film alongside an outstanding cast, including Sean Kanan, Kate Monroe, Martin Kove, Lochlyn Munro, Tom Arnold, David Chokachi and so many talented people, under the direction of Michele Kanan. 🎥🔥
The energy, the audience, the red carpet, and most importantly, being back together with the BODY MAN family made this a night I’ll never forget.
This is only the beginning! 🎬🥂

I was absolutely shocked the other day when @seankanan told me the first draft of The Karate Kid III had Terry Silver dumping his toxic waste into his ice cream truck money laundering business! 🙊

OG badass. You are an inspiration my friend.
I just turned 70 and I refuse to let the old man in. So yesterday, I jumped on my new Ducati, fired up that engine and rode through the hills of Malibu. The sun and wind on my face, the view, that roar beneath me. It was pure adrenaline. For me, that’s better than therapy. Work disappears, stress fades, age disappears. You’re alive in the moment. Whatever your age, keep finding what makes you feel alive. We’re not here for a long time, we’re here for a good time. Don’t just add years to your life, add life to your years!
Congratulations Mike.
They will be lucky to have you.
An incredible day at Quantico - FBI National Academy graduation. Honored to be there with Shaquille O’Neal and my dear friend Nick Delre. After the ceremony, we experienced some of the elite training from the range to high-performance tactical driving. A highlight for me was talking with FBI Director Kash Patel about bringing my Superhuman Optimization Program to help optimize the physical and mental performance, recovery, resilience, and longevity of FBI and CIA personnel and those serving across other government agencies. After 40 years in human performance and longevity, this is an extraordinary new chapter. This is just the beginning. Big news coming soon. Stay tuned!

Adrenaline was off the charts. Stepping into the shoes of a fixer for Final Judgment had my heart racing in the best way. Sharing the screen with Sean Kanan, not only a brilliant actor but a true friend, made every moment electric. We were both diving into roles miles away from who we are, and that challenge was pure fun. Nights like these remind me that storytelling isn’t just work, it’s a rush, a gift, and the kind of magic I’ll never take for granted. #FinalJudgment #OnSet #FilmLife.

Jillian Michaels’ grandmother fled the Nazis. She told her daughters, “Don’t ever tell anybody you’re Jewish.” Decades later, her granddaughter sees a world in which Jews are being persecuted again, and she refuses to be silent about it.
The thing that convinced her to stand with Israel was the antisemites themselves. She educated herself, recognized the double standards being applied to Israel, and then instead of being intimidated into silence, she became one of the most fearless defenders of Israel and the Jewish People in American media today.
Thank you, @JillianMichaels. You are now one of my favorite people. 🇺🇸 ❤️ 🇮🇱
I do my best
