When you're on a losing streak, most traders think: "How do I make this back?"
But the real question should be: "What are these losses trying to teach me?"
Most people stop thinking when they start losing. That's exactly when you need to think the hardest.
The trenches need major changes ASAP. The longer they wait to fix things, the more people leave for good. Right now, way more people are leaving than joining, and if this continues, the trenches will slowly die out. Mark my words if nothing changes, give it 6 months in this type of market and see what happens.
