So great to see the @umichTECH team engaging with students, sharing our amazing technology, and highlighting our awesome internship program (its.umich.edu/internship/hom…).
Want to check out @mhacks at @umich today? Head on over to AA North Campus. ITS has a booth at the Sponsor Exposition in Pierpont Commons, and then you can see the hackers at work at the Duderstadt Center. They'll be here until hacking ends at 12 pm Sunday! #umichtech #mhacks

This looks like fun. May be a chance to sell off a musical item or two and pick up a few others. This Sunday Nov 6 from 10 am - 4 pm at Weber's Inn at 3050 Jackson Ave. in Ann Arbor. #GearHound

This is an amazing program. So glad to see it growing and including a range of art forms. @umichPCAP
Traveling to #EDU22 & spent a little time checking out the "Parallel Reality Experience" at @Delta's DTW terminal. I did not go through the approach arch & that didn't seem to impact the experience (but it was probably the equivalent of blindly clicking "OK" on the EULA. D'oh!

A monitoring device is mounted on the ceiling at the top of the tracking area. I did not see any other tracking devices/cameras, but maybe I just missed them.

All in all this seemed like a pretty lightweight way to personalize wayfinding without relying on a bunch of fragile augmented reality tech. Not so thrilled about the normalization of facial recognition tech being used in public spaces though :-/ @hypervisible #LuxurySurveillance
Critical topic given today's political climate. Kudos to the @umichTECH Information Assurance team for continuing to work diligently to make the world safe for democracy.
.@UMich: #DYK that journalists & newsrooms also need to be heavily protected for #cybersecurity and #privacy? Join us for @runasand’s keynote presentation, followed by a discussion facilitated by @elodievialle at our open-to-the-public SUMIT event: myumi.ch/WJmzJ

At the end of a long work week it is always nice to pause for a few minutes and watch the U-M Marching Band practice. @umichband #StopAndSmellTheRoses
