The follow up CASPER survey to document how the Tijuana River sewage and pollution crisis is affecting the health of South Bay residents started Thursday afternoon. The CDC and County will be out Friday 2 - 7 p.m. and again Saturday morning starting at 10 a.m. knocking on doors.

The CASPER survey is coming to the South Bay. Surveyors in reflective vests and government badges will knock on doors of randomly selected homes to ask about how Tijuana River sewage has affected their household.
