Entirely Petty headline. Love it or not. And, yes, I do. The film delivers in scale, ambition and reach at a theatrical screen level. Daring, bold and Cinematically complex. Decidedly a Theatrical experience.
The theater experience won't change your mind on Digger, and the laughs that are there still will be when it hits HBO Max.

Takashi Yamazaki says Toho asked if he could censor or remove the kaiju blood and gore in ‘Godzilla Minus Zero’ but he said 'no' because securing the R rating was “essential to the film.”
“So, an R-rating might seem like a barrier to entry, and conversations about, ‘Hey, could we have not gotten this down to PG-13?’ of course are going to happen. In spite of that, though, there were certain scenes that, for me as a director, were so essential to the film. Censoring it or cutting it was just not an option for me.”

Hey @Allstate the "smart" ads where the woman says the semi "turned my deep dish into a thin crust" it's clever/funny, when the man says he drive off with the gas hose in his car, that's dangerous and probably a crime. It's a puzzling choice and not good for the brand.
