Great piece by Pedro Velazco of the Kokomo Tribune on our son @LCam5. Beyond proud of this kid! @Cameron8874

Hey @KirkHerbstreit, is it an embarrassment Miami hasn’t played anyone yet? Or that this is the first good team IU has played? Or that last week was Georgia’s first tough game? Your take against ND’s schedule shows a complete double standard. Do you even think before you speak?

Amazon Prime is making an adaptation of “Rules of Prey” to be aired some time next year. Here’s what I know so far:
The Lions are on their own 10 with under 8 minutes to play, down 10 points. It’s 2nd and 10 and the play call is an inside run? After several unsuccessful inside runs? And you have St. Brown, LaPorta, Williams, etc.
The O.C. should have to donate his game check to charity.

What the f**k is this, @nytimes?
After reading this excellent piece by @JohnDBrice1 my first thought was:
We canvassed coaches, GMs & agents for the inevitable “Portal Nightmares.” “I came from my (intro) press conference,” a P4 leader told @usatodaysports, “& I had a player waiting on me to talk money.” On Rolexes, planes, contracts & more: usatoday.com/story/sports/nc…

Jadarian Price's first 3 career carries on outside zone were 3 perfectly executed bend (cutback), bang (intended target line), bounce (wide) reads in that order
He's going to be so dang good in that scheme with his vision and decisiveness
Hey @Seahawks, congrats on the win, now tell your rookie OC to run Jadarian Price A LOT more.
He fell too in love with his packages and didn’t pay enough attention to what was actually happening with his players. 10 carries is just silly.

Matt Suhey passed away yesterday.
He was my dad’s closest friend. After we lost my dad in 1999, Matt became the biggest father figure I had. When everything felt uncertain, he was there. My dad left him in charge and Matt never let that responsibility sit lightly. He protected our family. He looked after us. He made sure we were okay, year after year, without ever making it about himself.
That is who he was.
Their friendship showed me what real friendship looks like. Not the easy kind. The kind that lasts when the lights go off, when the stadium is empty, when life gets heavy. Brian’s Song told the story of Piccolo and Sayers. Somebody needs to tell the story of 34 and 26. Two men who trusted each other completely. Two men who became brothers.
I know @walterpayton was standing there waiting for him the second he got to heaven. I can see it. That smile. That hug. That reunion they both deserved.
Our family is so thankful for the love he showed us over the years. The Payton family will continue to lift Donna, Joey, Allison, and Scotty up in prayer during this difficult time.
Rest easy, Uncle Matt. We love you. We always will. 🙏🏽🐻⬇️

I think the @Cubs made a mistake sending Javier Assad back down. Not sure there is a reliever I trust more and it’s costing them games not having him, in my worthless opinion.

Pete Crow-Armstrong on his 3-homer day: "Sammy did say I was gonna hit 3 today. Sammy Sosa told me I was gonna hit 3 and I hit 3. Put that on the record." 💣🤣
Consider this officially on the record ✅
Unconscionable act.
🇨🇦 Another historic church reduced to ashes.
At 3:30 AM Monday, the Saint-Simon Catholic Church ,the largest wooden church in New Brunswick and the heart of this Acadian community , was completely destroyed by fire.
Authorities are treating it as arson. Motion detectors went off. Flames started in the sacristy.
By morning, a century of baptisms, weddings, funerals and community life was gone.
This isn’t “just a fire.” It’s the latest in a long line of Canadian churches going up in flames while politicians look the other way.
Our Christian and cultural heritage is under open attack, and the silence from Ottawa is deafening.
The people of Canada deserve answers, justice, and a full Notre-Dame level rebuild not excuses.
