I calculated a year ago that if I were to go to Massachusetts as an illegal immigrant and collect every form of welfare, as long as I did not have any ID, claimed that I could only speak Portuguese, and said I was from Brazil, I could get about $95,000 to $98,000 a year tax-free.
That is if I did not cheat.
However, they will issue me documents in whatever name I say I have, and I can just take my entire family, go to another city, and do it all over again with a new set of documents, a new set of names, and a new supposed birthplace in Brazil, and collect another $90 thousand U.S. dollars. And I can be collecting in both places at once.
On the other hand, if I move to the U.S. as an entrepreneur, I get nothing, and everything I earn I have to pay taxes on. All of the incentive is for me not to work and to scam the system. There is no incentive for me to do the right thing.
This is a terrible system to set up. It baits people into moral hazard while cannibalizing the country for the profit of criminal enterprises and those willing to defraud the state.

Do you see how I took an image I know you've seen 100 times, then used words to extend the meaning of that image into parts of your reality where it previously did not touch? I made you think a worm in an apple is not a big deal.
That's spellcasting. It's a lie.
I don't know anything about worms or apples, but I made your lower brain think you've been eating invisible worms with every apple, which means that there's a gradient between small and large worms, which makes worms OK to find in apples.
See? Before I lied, worms bad. After I lied, worms OK.
I manipulated you by making you think I knew something you didn't. This thing was emotionally loaded (no one wants to eat a worm).
It's a simple trick you can teach a retard. Spellcasters are not clever, they're just evil. Just associate a good thing with a bad thing to make the good one look more bad or the bad one look more good. Then you get your way.
"Hey, you're white! (apple) That means you benefited from colonialism! (worm)"
Do you see how tying one emotionally loaded word to another helps the speaker win? While you lose?
If you catch anyone using language like this, that's an empty body with no person in it. Treat them like they're not human, because they're not. The law protects them (for now) but they're not alive and aware like you and me. They don't have souls or feelings like animals or people. You don't have to feel empathy for them. That's a BAD IDEA.
NEVER engage with them. They know the truth, you know the truth, and everyone you need knows the truth. Arguing with them about words is what they want, because they always win on the battlefield of words.
Stay on the battlefield of meaning. Never get lost in words.
"Where is the worm? Let me go get an apple so you can show me the worm!"
They won't be able to show anything MEANINGFUL. They only had WORDS. They will have to promise that there is an invisible worm that TOTALLY is the same as a real one. But no one will SEE it. That's MEANING.
Stay in MEANING and you will always beat spellcasters.
