Right. The point is not really that citizens are going to enforce this, but that every doctor in Texas will be too scared to perform an abortion due to the constant looming threat of $10K lawsuits, so they'll just stop doing them. xitter.cf/HayesBrown/status/1433…

There’s a lot of confusion about the “abortion bounties” in Texas It’s not that you turn in a woman and the state gives you $10K It’s that anyone can sue a doctor or nurse or friend who drove someone to a clinic for $10K. The person sued is the one on the hook for the money
