Not happy with @WestJet customer service. They lost my luggage not once but twice! Haven’t had my suitcase for my entire vacation. I still can’t get answers after 6 hours of phone calls. DO BETTER!
It’s very frustrating and will like make me use @AirCanada (who found my luggage before @WestJet promptly lost it again) next time I book.
