Don't sell the left short, they have always shown leadership in using new technology and this was created by them, not old right wing people watching broadcast television.
The next-gen version of Fox News is in alpha testing right now. Fake accounts like this will be everywhere on social media without laws and action from social media platforms.

Engineers hope to solve this some day soon.

Harvard could fund every student and grad student with just the interest on its endowment for the next 200 years. If the only way it was funded was by student loan debt, that's unethical.
People don't realize this but there's an extinction level event happening at US universities right now. My old department at Harvard cut the number of new PhD students by 75%, most of those were American trainees. American science is falling off a cliff.

Most physician-owned hospitals and ASCs are paying property insurance rates like they’re one lightning strike away from bankruptcy. Why? Because carriers price them like they’re alone. I asked Collin Krickl, the guy top firms call when they want to stop getting hosed, how we flip the script. And here’s the truth: I put 30+ ASCs and physician-owned hospitals together. The risk spread. The rates dropped. And suddenly the underwriters remember you’re not a joke. This is what happens when you stop playing defense, and start acting like the pro. Roll it…

An interesting take.
A Harvard student told me something I can't stop thinking about. When they go to the library, every single screen has ChatGPT open. Homework that used to take hours now takes minutes. But then they talk to alums who say entry-level roles are basically gone. The jobs they planned their entire college trajectory around don't exist anymore. AI made homework easier but made proving you deserve a job exponentially harder.

Any game where the first thing they make you do is a bowel movement is too scientific to be fun.

This is one of the most fascinating graphs of our planet, showing CO₂ levels on Earth over the last 66 million years. Today, CO₂ levels are at their highest point in at least 3 million years. The last time they were this high sea levels were 50 feet higher and the Arctic nearly 15 degrees warmer. Right now, CO₂ is rising more than 100 times faster than during the natural rapid warming at the end of the last Ice Age. The climate has never changed this quickly in human history.

Alarming? This had been in science fiction for decades by then.
