As a white middle aged male I cannot fathom why people cannot see the level of racism from unconscious bias to all out hate that pervades the UK, cultivated largely by the actions of the tabloids and the inaction of the rest of the media.

I pay @santanderuk a lot for what they give. Then card doesn’t work. Waste a day on chat as response is so bad. Phone up & waiting for more than 20 mins before being cut off. The insulting thing is the message says they respect my time. Clearly untrue or they’d hire enough staff.

Why is @YodelOnline the worst delivery service in the UK? They’ve had my package for over a week and then failed to deliver on the day they finally committed to. Absolute rubbish. @evrisupportline are so much better, faster etc.

How @AmazonUK deliver a new hard drive. Sensitive electronic equipment? No bother. We’ll just ignore all your delivery instructions and just throw it at the door step.

Tried to call @bt_uk to find out when my current contract ends because they are way too expensive. The voice message, after spending 5 mins going through the labyrinth, tells me they TRY to answer all calls within 30 mins. 30 mins!!! Outrageous disrespect for customers.
