Can we stop saying that someone "lost" their "battle with cancer"? Cancer is a scary beast with a mind of its own, and if takes you, it's not through any weakness or fault of your own. It's not your fault if cancer kills you.

Stopping people to ask if their outdoor time is essential I can understand. But demanding their phones? Wildly inappropriate abuse of power. This will not make their jobs easier.
Anyone else getting lots of audio errors in @CBC podcasts? @CBCNews: The World At Six has zippy bits where it sounds like an audio tape rewound at high speed. World Report cuts off mid-phrase before the show should end.

Can you answer a quarantine question, @MacgregorWrites? A friend's ex-wife was just diagnosed with COVID19. She took the kids back while showing symptoms. What conditions put the kids back in his home? I can't find anything about this situation.
