Really sad and shocked to hear about the death of Emily Morgan Emily visited @UHD_NHS @uhdcriticalcare several times during the pandemic. She was an impressive journalist and really nice person to meet and talk to. What a loss and such sadness. Our thoughts are with her family.
Govt legal costs were £48k. I bet those lawyers haven't seen a 20% fall in their salaries @theRCN or 25% fall @BMA_Consultants. Indeed, the judge told the govt it was paying its lawyers too much and only awarded £35k for costs! I think this case is a home goal for @SteveBarclay

Fantastic news that @UHD_NHS is stopping the use of the potent greenhouse gas, nitrous oxide @GASPAnaesthesia, but whilst the mega rich fly around in private jets @celebjets @drake @KylieJenner @TigerWoods @elonmusk it certainly does feel that we are in this together.
Peter, I completely agree that resilience is a myth. The old saying 'you can't give from an empty heart' is so true. Looking after oneself is part of looking after our patients.
